My Ai Exec Proprietary Limited is an AI technology advisory firm that assists organisations in deploying artificial intelligence co-pilots and automation systems across business departments. We operate globally and process data on behalf of our clients and in connection with our own business operations.
Depending on the nature of the interaction, Ai Tech Advisory acts in the following capacities:
| Role | Context |
|---|---|
| Data Controller | When we collect information directly from website visitors, prospective clients, and subscribers (e.g., contact forms, billing details, marketing communications). |
| Data Processor | When we process client data on behalf of a client organisation as part of delivering contracted advisory or technology services. |
Where we act as a Data Processor, the client organisation retains the role of Data Controller and is responsible for the lawful basis of processing and for ensuring that data subjects have been appropriately informed.
We collect personal and business information that is reasonably necessary to provide our Services and operate our business. The categories of data we may collect include, but are not limited to:
Identity and Contact Data — full name, job title, company name, email address, telephone number, and postal address.
Account and Engagement Data — login credentials, service preferences, correspondence records, and records of interactions with our advisory team.
Payment and Billing Data — payment method details, billing address, and transaction history, processed through our authorised payment processors.
Technical and Usage Data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, session duration, and device identifiers, collected automatically when you access our website or platforms.
AI Interaction Data — where clients utilise AI co-pilot tools deployed through our Services, interaction logs and outputs may be collected for the purpose of service delivery, quality assurance, and performance improvement. Please refer to Section 11 of our Terms of Service for important limitations regarding AI-generated content.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise trade personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.
We use collected data to deliver, maintain, and improve our advisory and technology services; to manage client accounts, onboarding, and ongoing engagement; to process payments and manage billing relationships; to communicate service updates, security notifications, and relevant advisory insights; to respond to enquiries and provide client support; to conduct internal analysis and improve the performance of our platforms and AI systems; and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
For individuals located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful bases for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR are as follows:

| Legitimate Interests | Improving and securing our services, conducting business development, and preventing fraud. |
| Legal Obligation | Processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. |
| Consent | Where individuals have voluntarily provided information or opted in to marketing communications. |

We implement technical and organisational security measures consistent with industry best practice to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Upon termination of a client engagement, personal data held on behalf of that client will be deleted or returned within 90 days, unless retention is required by law.
